I have been going to Sharma Sweets in Delahey for many years now. Their food has always been consistently delicious. Particular stand outs include bhature with aloo, kulcha, saag and the butter chicken is the best I have ever had. The high quality of the sweets makes it my go to place whenever I need a box. The owner, Jogi Bhaji (not sure tho if I got the name right), is very genuine and welcoming person, and his kindness always adds something special to each visit. It’s a great place to enjoy authentic North Indian food with friendly service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sharma Sweets is hands down one of the best places in Melbourne for authentic and consistently delicious North Indian food. The Paneer Kulcha Thali is absolutely phenomenal—flavorful, perfectly spiced, and incredibly satisfying. I usually have it with Shahi Paneer, and it never disappoints. Even though that’s my go-to, I’ve tried several of their other dishes, which are equally good and packed with authentic flavors. Every visit feels like a comforting trip back home. What makes it even better is the warm hospitality from the lovely couple who run the place—they’re hardworking, friendly, and truly care about providing a great experience. A must-visit for any Indian food aficionado!

I had the samosa chaat and rasmalai here. Both were very fresh, and the samosas were clearly made today. The chaat tasted authentic and freshly prepared. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to try fresh chaat.

Curries always hot, fresh and tasty! Great value for money. Just a little disappointed by the size of the garlic nan this time for what I’ve paid for it. They are usually bigger and enough. Never eaten in as always had takeaway.

The aroma of freshly made chole bhature is irresistible, especially when the spices meld with the fried dough. It's a perfect balance of savory and spicy notes that draw you in. Typically served with sliced onions and sometimes a side of pickles or yogurt, this dish is perfect for a filling meal. The accompaniments further elevate the experience, adding freshness and a burst of flavour.

Been a while and happy to say that the place is still great. Excellent tandoori chicken and paneer, prices are good, servings are generous and staff are friendly. We came all the way from Southbank because we know good Indian food.
